Pay government charges
When an application is submitted, you pay the UK Government fees and charges that apply to your individual route directly through the official process.
Our payment commitment
If your application is not approved, you owe Whitmore nothing.
Our professional fee is payable only after your case is approved and you obtain the relevant permission to relocate to the UK. If the application is refused and you do not obtain that permission, no professional fee is due to Whitmore.
Government fees, immigration health charges and third-party costs are separate: they are set by the relevant authority or provider and may not be refundable. Your written engagement terms will confirm the exact scope and commercial terms for your individual case.
