Information we may collect
We may collect contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, Telegram or WhatsApp contact details; details you give about your nationality, residence, education, work, family circumstances and immigration history; and the content of your enquiry. If you choose to provide documents, they may contain sensitive personal information.

Terms & conditions.
Website information
The content on this website is provided for general information. It does not create a solicitor-client, adviser-client or other professional relationship. A formal engagement begins only when Whitmore confirms it in writing and any required onboarding and terms have been completed.
Consultations and services
Whether we can assist depends on the information available, conflicts checks, scope, capacity and any applicable professional requirements. The scope of any service, responsibilities, timescales and fees will be set out in the relevant engagement terms. We may decline or stop acting where appropriate and will communicate any material reason where we can do so.
Fees and government charges
An initial consultation is free. Where we agree that a case has a viable basis to proceed, UK Government charges are paid through the official application process at the point of application. Whitmore’s professional fee is payable only after the relevant application is approved and the client obtains the permission covered by the agreed engagement. If the relevant application is refused and the client does not obtain that permission, no professional fee is due to Whitmore. Government charges, immigration health charges and third-party costs are separate and may not be refundable. The final commercial terms, taxes, disbursements, timing and payment method are confirmed in writing for each individual matter.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information and documents, and for notifying us promptly if your circumstances change. You should not rely on informal website or messaging communications as a substitute for agreed written advice on your specific matter.
Third-party services
Links to third-party websites, including maps and messaging platforms, are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
